Jennifer joined the Bionical Emas Early Access Programs team in May 2020 with a hybrid role supporting US operations as a Project Manager, as well as global commercial initiatives.

Beginning her industry career in client relations at a phase 1 unit provided first-hand observation of early phase operations and the considerations for high-quality program delivery from startup to closeout. She later joined a CRO offering later phase clinical trial support and centralized cardiac safety services, developing an understanding of the important insights into the unique value of specialized CRO services.

Since joining Bionical Emas, Jennifer has contributed to key commercial initiatives and BD operations infrastructure to support the company’s continued growth as a leading Early Access Program partner. Now, as Associate Director BD EAP, Jen will continue to support the company’s mission to “pioneer the way life-changing medicines are developed and accessed for patients around the world” by working closely with both internal teams and clients to support development of enhanced partnerships and superior program delivery.

Jen is inspired by the direct impact EAPs have on patients and families every day, as well as by the collaborative environment she finds at Bionical Emas. “It’s a privilege to be part of a company that is truly motivated by the difference our work makes to the lives of thousands of people around the world. I couldn’t ask for a more genuine team or better purpose.”

Living on the coast in North County San Diego, Jennifer enjoys outdoor adventures with her family of 4. You can usually find them exploring one of the many Southern California theme parks, hiking a favorite trail, relaxing on the beach, or filling up at a local farmer’s market. Meditation, Yoga, and Pilates are key to helping Jen maintain health and balance.

“I’m so grateful for the opportunity to contribute to Bionical Emas’ ongoing growth and partnerships. Despite pandemic travel challenges and distance from my colleagues, I’ve made some remarkable bonds that really adds a special dimension to our work. I’m truly excited to be part the service we deliver daily and look forward to what’s to come.”

In relation to staff and visitor safety, we have full risk assessments in place for all of our workplaces. These risk assessments are revisited and updated regularly, to reflect changing risks, knowledge and circumstances, and to reflect evolving Government guidance. We have not placed the risk assessments here on the website as they would become out of date too quickly. However, you are welcome to email info@bionical-emas.com to request access to our most up to date risk assessments applicable to your needs. Please note that all our staff are notified of all applicable risk assessments and updates, along with ‘quick guides’ automatically via our e-learning system.
