Every project has an assigned experienced Project Manager, who leads the Bionical Emas Project Team to integrate with our clients and holds responsibility and accountability, for streamlined delivery.

Our experienced Project Managers understand every project is unique and will develop a tailored project plan that guides the team from project kick off to successful completion.

Our experienced Project Management Team are engaged through all aspects of your project.  Each Project Manager is supported by a Director of Project Management who tracks the study objectives, providing on-going training, mentoring and issue resolution.

All Project Managers are skilled in delivering the following:

• Scope Management – Scope of work is correctly defined in the project plan
• Schedule Management – Develops projects specific timeline and schedule using Microsoft Project and Analysis the critical path and identifies risk
• Budget Management – Manages a project to budget and delivers on time, shares any potential cost implication ahead of work being performed
• Resource Management – Effectively manages the resource assigned to the project
